HEDGEFUSION is a Sonic The Hedgehog engine/framework and a personal project created by Chopp and co-lead by Dark_.
Originaly pitched as a merger of both HEDGESPIN and FusionSonic, it quickly ballooned into something much more.
This framework (written in Clickteam Fusion 2.5+)* aims to be both flexable and accurate to the original classic trilogy without much compromising both ends.
The current version as of November 12, 2022 contains:
UPDATE: REVISION 2 has been released!! MOST STABLE RELEASE YET! fixes a ton of bugs and includes comments and documentation for just about everything! highly recomend redownloading if you havent already.
*while this version is currently for Clickteam Fusion only, ports to other software has been considered, and may or may not exsit in the future. Fortunatly, for those seeking a GameMaker Studio 2 version may find luck sooner, as some of the code base is being used in Dark_'s Harmony Framework!
The current build features 2 playable acts of Wireframe Warehouse Zone, and its source code/project files are free to use, as long if you give credit to the team that helped make this a reality.
no executable this time tho, just the source code. sorry. I plan on making playable techdemo at some point tho!
